Privacy Policy
This is a personal portfolio. It is built to collect as little data as possible. This page explains what that means in practice.
Who is responsible

What this website does not do
- It does not set cookies.
- It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- It has no forms, accounts or comments.
Because of this, no cookie banner is needed.
What is processed anyway
Server logs. The hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., United States) may automatically record your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for Logs are kept for ccording to the provider's settings. Because Netlify is based in the United States, this data may be transferred outside the EU, under the safeguards described in Netlify's own data processing terms.
Email. If you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). I keep the conversation only as long as needed and delete it on request.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to its processing, and request portability. Write to the email above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority in your own country.
Changes
If this site starts using analytics, a contact form or anything else that collects data, this policy will be updated first and the date above will change.
